eClockTM Rental Agreement I hereby order the installation of an eClock Time and Attendance system from Baur Research on a rental basis warranting that I am authorised to do so. The system is to be installed at the company's premises stated below.

Terms and Conditions

• Baur Research will supply and maintain a maximum of one eClock terminal for every thirty (30) company employees.
• The costs of the original installation, the cabling, employee identification tags, card racks and any extras are to be borne by the company, and paid for upon completion of the training.
• The rental fee will be charged monthly in advance by means of a debit order.
• The company may cancel this agreement by providing one calendar months notice in writing.
• Baur Research reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
• The eClock terminal(s) and eClock software remain the property of Baur Research at all times.
• Prices quoted by Baur Research may change at any time.
• The minimum rental charge is for ten (10) employees.
